Welcome to the  Central  Mass Destruction Team Website. Our organization was created to develop individual recreational style softball athletes into players capable of Tournament, High School, and possibly Collegiate softball.

Our Commitment is to ensure that each player will learn in a fun environment while feeling important to our team. We measure our success by the growth each player will make during the season.

Granted we will play to win, we will also focus on each individual’s skill set. In our 12U & 14U program, players will learn to play multiple positions. Our expectation is to have players compete, learn fundamentals, and play to their fullest capabilities. Our 16U team's will become more specialized at individual positions. Our 18U Team is run more like a High School team program.

Finally, since travel softball has become very overwhelming to families and family lifestyles from the extreme commitments placed upon players, our organization is more “Family Friendly”. We will not play on major holiday weekends (Memorial Day & July 4), and most of our teams will not practice on weekends during the Winter months. We will practice 2 hours/week November-March and then slightly more when the weather gets nice and we can go outside. Our program is extremely affordable unlike some local competitors.
